Before treatment:
The patient suffered from involuntary muscle twitching and transient twitching in his limbs 5 years ago without any obvious cause. The disease progressively worsened. The patient suffered from small chorea in his limbs and twitching in the muscles of his eyes and lips. He walked slowly and had an equilibrium disorder. He would fall down frequently when standing up or sitting down. He went to the local hospital and completed a gene test. He was diagnosed with Huntington's disease. He did not receive any unique treatment for the disease. From the onset of disease, the patient was still in good spirits, and his diet was normal. His sleeping habits and defecation were both normal. There was no obvious change in his weight. Many of his family members have suffered from this disease, and many of them had the disease when they were young.

Before treatment, the patient moves slowly, and his actions are stiff. In addition, he has involuntary twitching in his upper limbs and face. He still can take care of himself, but he falls down frequently when standing up or sitting down.

Examination: There was an abnormal scar on the right side of his forehead, but it was healing fine. Muhard was alert and his was in good spirits. His responses were a bit slow. His memory, calculation abilities and orientation were almost normal. Both pupils were equal in size, and the diameter was 3mms. Both pupils reacted normally to light stimulus. He had difficulty looking upward with either eye. The forehead wrinkle pattern was symmetrical. He was able to close his eyes with ease. The bilateral nasolabial sulcus was equal in depth. The tongue was in the center of the oral cavity when he showed his tongue. He had the ability to raise his soft palate. His neck had no resistance. The muscles in his face would involuntarily twitch. There was involuntary and irregular chorea in his upper limbs and both hands. He made similar motions while asleep. The muscle strength of his four limbs was almost normal. The muscle tone of his four limbs was slightly low. The tendon reflex of all four limbs was normal. The deep sensation and shallow sensation were almost normal. The sucking reflex was negative. The jaw reflex was negative. Bilateral Hoffmman sign was negative. Bilateral palm jaw reflex were negative. Bilateral Babinski sign was negative. He completed the rapid rotation test slowly and was clealry unstable. He completed the finger-to-nose-test and the digit opposition test in an unstable manner. He was very stiff when moving both lower limbs and he had poor coordination. He was able to finish the heel-knee-shin test, but his movement was slow. The Romberg's sign was positive. He could not stand on one foot. He had a higher range of motion when he changed body positions. There were no signs of meningeal irritation.

Treatment:
We initially gave Muhard a complete examination, and he was diagnosed with 1. Huntington disease 2. Sinus bradycardia. He received nerve regeneration treatment and stem cell activating treatment. He received treatment to improve his blood circulation in order to increase the blood supply to the damaged neurons and nourish them. He also received treatment to adjust his heart rate and blood fat. This was accompanied by daily physical rehabilitation training.

Post treatment:
The patient's heart rate was stable, between 55-85 times each minute. His ability to look upward has improved. The involuntary muscular movement in his face, both upper limbs and hands has clearly been alleviated. At night while asleep, there is no longer any involuntary muscular movement in his face and four limbs.  He can perform the rapid rotation test in a rapid and symmetrical manner. He can perform the finger-to-nose-test and the digit opposition test in a stable manner. He can perform the heel-knee-shin test more quickly and in a stable manner. The Romberg's sign has changed to negative. He is better able to stand on one foot. His range of motion is reduced when he changes body positions, and he can perform the actions in a more stable manner.
