Admission PE:
Bp: 143/78mmHg; Hr: 72/min. Height: 169cm, Weight: 79.5Kg. The spirit was good. The skin was dry. The facial region and upper/lower limbs' end areas displayed patchy pigmentation. The rhythm of the heart was regular, with no obvious murmur in each vales. The lung and the abdomen showed no abnormalities. Fasting blood-glucose: 10.2mmol/L, 2 h postprandial plasma glucose: 12.8 mmol/L.

Nervous System Examination:
Hanry Danli was alert, and his spirit was weak. His sleep quality was good. His memory, calculation abilities and orientation were normal. The forehead wrinkle pattern was symmetrical. The tongue was in the center of the oral cavity. The movement of both eyeballs was flexible and both pupils were sensitive to light stimuli. He had strong muscle to raise soft palate. The neck was soft, with no resistance. The muscle strength to shrug shoulders was strong. The muscle strength of his four limbs was normal. The muscle tone of his four limbs was normal. The tendon reflex of both upper limbs was normal. The tendon reflex of both lower limbs was low down. The examination of deep sensation and shallow sensation was almost normal. Bilateral tendon reflex was slow. The bilateral palm jaw reflex was negative, bilateral pathological character was negative. The coordinated movements were normal. There were no signs of meningeal irritation.

Treatment:
Hanry Danli received all of the relevant examinations. He received treatment for Pancreatic cells regeneration. He was given treatment in order to control his blood sugar levels, stabilize blood pressure and strengthen the viscera function. He also received treatment to expand the blood vessels and nourish the neurons.

Post-treatment:
The patient's blood pressure is120/75 mmHg, this is better than before. Fasting blood-glucose: 6-7mmol/L, 2 h postprandial plasma glucose: 7-8 mmol/L.
