Before treatment:
Ms.Monika's vision function was bad on July 28th, 2016. She was unable to see clearly though there was no pain, no vomiting or disorder with her consciousness. Her left down vision field was low so she went to the local hospital and was diagnosed with ischemic optic neuropathy. At present, her left eye vision is bad, there is flashing in front of the eye and her vision field is bad. Her right eye vision function is normal but sometimes there is a flash in front of the eye. She wants a better life so she came to our hospital.
Her spirit, diet, sleep, bladder and bowel actions are all good.

Admission PE:
Bp: 120/75mmHg; Hr: 70/min, Br: 19/min. Body temperature：36.6 degree. Her development and nutrition were normal. The skin and mucous was normal. There was no ecchymosis, petechia or yellow stains on skin. The thorax was symmetrical. The respiratory sounds of both lungs were clear, with no moist rales. The heart sounds were strong, the rhythm was regular, and there was no obvious murmur in the valve area. The abdomen was flat and soft, with no obvious masses. Through palpation, the liver and spleen were not enlarged. There was no edema with her legs.

Nervous System Examination:
She was alert and her speech was clear. Her memory, orientation and calculation ability were normal. Both pupils were equal in size and round, the diameter was 3.0mm. Both eyes were sensitive to direct light reflex and consensual reflex. 3 meters standard visual chart：Eye vision: Left eye，corrected vision was 1.0；naked vision was 0.25. Right eye，corrected vision was 1.0；naked vision was 0.3. Visual field examination: the left lower visual field defect about 40 degrees，other eye visual fields were normal. Fundus examination：left side：the color of eye fundus is orange，macular area is a little lightened，artery：vein is 1:4；right side：the color of eye fundus is orange，the color of macular area border is light yellow，artery：vein is 1:3. The forehead wrinkle pattern was symmetrical, the nasolabial sulcus was equal in depth, the teeth were symmetrical and the tongue was centered in the oral cavity. There was flexible movement in the neck. The muscle tone of all four limbs was normal; the muscle strength of all four limbs was at level 5. The abdominal reflex was normal. The tendon reflexes of the four limbs were normal. Bilateral Hoffmann was negative，the pathological sign of her legs were negative. The deep sensation and superficial sensation were normal. The coordinated movements were normal. Meningeal irritation sign was negative.

Treatment:
After admission, she was diagnosed with Optic Neuropathy. She received 3 neural stem cell injections and 3 mesenchymal stem cell injections in order to repair and replace optic nerves and retina cells, active stem cells in her body, regulate her immune system, provide nourishment to the neurons and to improve the blood supply. This was combined with physical rehabilitation training.

Post-treatment:
After 14 days of treatment, her left eye vision and visual field are both increased，（3 meters standard eye vision chart）both the left and the right naked eye vision is 0.6； the left lower visual field is enlarged to 50 degree now；the left eye fundus, the colour of eye fundus is orange, artery: vein is 2:3, the right eye fundus: the colour of eye fundus is orange, artery: vein is 2:3.
