Before treatment:
After trauma, the patient lost binocular vision, no sense of light and loss of sense of smell. He occasionally has pain during right eye movement, no headache or vomiting, and his intelligence, movement and sensory system are not affected.

Physical examination:
Blood pressure 129/80mmHg, heart rate 69 beats / min. The patient developed normally and the body type was upright. He had a granulation scar on the upper eyelid of his left eye caused by surgery after a car accident. His cardiopulmonary examination showed no abnormality. His abdomen was flat and soft, and his liver and spleen were not enlarged.

Nervous system physical examination:
The patient's mind was clear, his speech was good, and his calculation and memory were normal. He lost his sense of smell. His eyeballs were sunken, anatomical structure of his eyeballs was disordered, his pupils were irregular and his light reflex disappeared. He had intraocular fibrosis, funnel-shaped fundus and disordered anatomical structure. The movement of eyeball in his right eye was inflexible in all directions, there was almost no eye movement in his left eye, and the corneal reflex of his left eye disappeared. His forehead lines were symmetrical and his tongue was in the middle. The muscle strength and tone of his limbs were normal, the physiological reflexes were normal, and the pathological signs were negative. His depth and shallow sensations were normal, and his coordinate movement was normal. His meningeal irritation sign was negative.

Treatment process:
The diagnosis of admission was "retinal and optic nerve injury". After treatment:

The sense of smell recovered obviously, he could smell the taste of alcohol and cosmetics; his left eye tactile recovered, the corneal reflex appeared.
