Brenda Noelia Martinez, female, 32 years old, Argentine nationality. The main reason was "binocular vision loss after preterm delivery for 32 years" and was admitted to hospital as "Retinopathy of Prematurity”.

Main symptoms:
Preterm delivery at 24 weeks of gestation, abnormal retinal development and visual impairment were found 2 months after birth, and there was no improvement in vision since birth. No sense of light.

Physical examination:
Blood pressure 121/75mmHg, heart rate 90 beats / min. Normal development and good nutrition. The breath sounds of both lungs were clear, and there were no dry and wet rales. Strong heart sound, no murmur. The abdomen was flat and soft, and the liver and spleen were not enlarged.

Physical examination of the nervous system:
Clear language, cloudy deposits in the pupils of both eyes, no sense of light, and light reflection disappeared. The forehead pattern was symmetrical, the tongue was in the middle, and the swallowing is normal. The muscle strength of the extremities was grade 5 and the muscle tension was normal. Tendon reflex was normal. The pathological signs were negative. Meningeal irritation sign was negative.

Fundus examination:
retinal detachment of both eyes, pale fundus, poor blood circulation.

Treatment process:
After admission, completed the relevant examination, clearly diagnosed as "Retinopathy of Prematurity", gave mesenchymal stem cells and neural stem cells to start retinal development, nourish the retina and optic nerve, and improve circulation, with visual rehabilitation and other treatment.

After treatment:
