Before treatment:
The patient was a cesarean section delivery at 34 weeks of his mother pregnancy. The operation went well. The patient was 2 Kg when he was born. The Apgar scoring was 9-10 scores. The patient suffered from a breathing disorder when he was 2 weeks old. The local hospital gave the patient a ventilator for breathing. 3 days later, the patient breathing was restored to normal. When he was 9 months old, the parents found the patient had poor supporting capacity and couldn't maintain a sitting position. He also had poor hold power. He went to the local hospital and local hospital took an MRI of his head. The result showed brain atrophy. He was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. The patient received rehabilitation training and the muscle strength was increased after the rehabilitation. When he was 2 years old, he could maintain sitting position with the support of both hands. The hold power of both hands increased too. But he had poor linguistic competence and only said "Papa" "mama" and a kind of object's name. He couldn't say consecutive sentences. The patient had poor movement ability of four limbs. He couldn't turn over and sit up by himself. He couldn't walk by himself. The walking gait present scissors gait with some assistance. The muscle strength of wait and back was poor. He had language function disorder and only could speak simple words. The comprehension ability was normal.
Nervous System Examination:
Ramiro Ezequiel Fraga was alert. He could make simple sounds, such as "daday" "mama" and "T.V.". He couldn't cooperate with the examination of orientation or memory. He had normal judgment-ability. Both pupils were equal in size and round, the diameter was about 3.0mms. Both pupils were sensitive to light stimuli. The movement of the eyeballs was not flexible. There was no nystagmus. He had dull eyes and showed a short eye contact time. The forehead wrinkle pattern was symmetrical. The nasolabial sulcus was equal in depth. The patient couldn't cooperate with the other cranial nerve examinations. There was movement disturbance in all four limbs. The grip strength of both hands was weak. With some assistance in the lower limbs, the patient could stand and walk. The walking gait presented scissors gait. The muscle tone of both lower limbs was higher than normal. He had difficulty with active movement. The muscle strength of waist and back was weak. He could turn over and sit up independently. He couldn't maintain sitting position without the support of both hands and the sitting position was abnormal. The tendon reflexes of both upper limbs was normal. The tendon reflexes of both lower limbs was active. Bilateral abdominal reflexes were normal. The bilateral Babinski's sign was positive. The patient couldn't cooperate with the examination of the sensory system. He could do the finger-to-nose test and the digit opposition test, but in a slow manner. He was unable to do the rapid rotation test. He couldn't cooperate with other coordinated movements examination. There were no signs of meningeal irritation.
Treatment:
After admission, Ramiro Ezequiel Fraga received the relevant examinations and was diagnosed with Cerebral palsy. The patient received treatment to improve the blood circulation in order to increase the blood supply to the damaged nerves and to nourish the neurons. This was combined with neurological rehabilitation treatment.
Post Treatment:
The patient's growth and development is more rapid. Height: 111cms, Weight: 22kgs. The patient has better attention and the contact time with others has extended. The movement of both eyes is more flexible than before. Both eyes show more spirit than before. He has better environmental adaptation ability. He has no fear and is not crying when meeting strangers. The patient has more vocabulary. His speech is clearer and fluent. He can speak a sentence with 5-6 words. He can cooperate better with rehabilitation. The muscle strength of the patient's whole body is improved, including anchorage force of neck, hold power of both hands, strength of trunk and both lower limbs' muscle strength. The muscle tone of both lower limbs is obviously reduced. The patient can maintain sitting position for several minutes independently. Both lower limbs show autonomous activity. With some assistance, the patient can walk over ten meters. The scissors gait is not so severe.

Ramiro's condition is fine, he has improved his language and he can still be sitting for a few moments but not permanently, he still is unable to walk but he is taking a few steps with someone holding it with hands and he has learned to do this separating his legs in each steps.
He is very happy and strong to keep on improving.
His blood's results has been attached on this e-mail please let me know that everything is ok and you were able to open the zip file.
Globlal condition ((including blood pressure\ heart rate\) is normal.

Hello Doctor
I am sending you the results of the blood test. The cognition development is progressing, he is speaking phrases and says dificult words, the physical condition is going slow, at the beginning we could see changes but now are less frequent.
