Before treatment:
The patient was born prematurely when his mother was 33 weeks pregnant due to premature rupture of the membrane. The weight at birth was 1.77Kg. There was no cry in 3 minutes after birth. The patient showed no abnormalities after birth. The patient suffered from spasms of the four limbs when he was 1 month. And the patient had cyanosis of skin when he cried. So the parents took him to the local hospital and he received an ECG examination. The result showed he had no abnormalities. Parents found the patient had poor vision when he was 6 months. The support force of neck, back and waist was weak. He couldn't turn over, crawl or sit by himself. He was sent to local hospital, but didn't received clear diagnosis. The patient stll couldn't turn over, crawl or walk. He, also, had language difficulties. He only could say "daddy", "mam"and some simple words. His vision was poor. He was sent to the local hospital. So his parents sent him to the local hospital in July 2012. He was diagnosed with Cerebral palsy and albinism. The patient received rehabilitation and the motor function was better than before.  At present, the patient's has motor disorder, intelligence disorder and speech disorder.

Nervous System Examination:
Height:70cm, weight: 8Kg. Hugo Santoso was alert and had a speech disorder. He could only speak "daddy" ,"mommy" and some other simple words. And the pronunciation was vague. He couldn't cooperate with the examination of orientation, calculation and memory. His understanding was slightly poorer than normal. He could only communicate with parents slightly. Both pupils were equal in size and round, the diameter was about 3.5mms. Both pupils were sensitive to light reflex. The forehead wrinkle pattern was symmetrical. The bilateral nasolabial sulcus was equal in depth. The neck could move around in supine position. The support ability of the head was poor in sitting position. And the head sank or fades easily. The muscle strength of the back and waist was poor. He couldn't turn over or sit by himself. Both hands could grasp, but the grip strength was poorer than normal. Both lower limbs had involuntary movement and both lower limbs could lift off the bed surface. He couldn't cooperate with the examination of muscle strength. The muscle tone of both upper limbs was normal. The muscle tone of both lower limbs was slightly higher than normal. And both lower limbs had more spasms and tremors. The abdominal reflexes were normal. The tendon reflex of both upper limbs was normal. The tendon reflex of both lower limbs was active. Bilateral Achilles tendon reflex was normal. Bilateral ankle clonus was positive. Bilateral sucking reflex was negative. Bilateral palm jaw reflex was positive. Bilateral Hoffmann sign was negative. The Rossolimo sign of both upper limbs was negative. Bilateral pathologic reflex was negative. He was unable to cooperate with the deep, shallow sensation examination and coordinate movement examination.

Treatment:
After admission, Hugo Santoso received the relevant examinations and according to his medical history, clinical manifestation and assistant examination, he was diagnosed with Cerebral palsy. The patient received neural repair treatment and nerve regeneration treatment. He also received treatment to improve the blood circulation in order to increase the blood supply to the damaged nerves, to strengthen immunity and to nourish the neurons.

Post Treatment:
The patient's height: 74cm, Weight: 8.5Kg. The speech and pronunciation is clearer than before. He could speak more words. He call "mommy" "Daddy" more times in daily life. The muscle strength of the neck is better than before. He can support his neck for a longer time in sitting position. Both hands can grasp objects more flexibly. The muscle tone of both lower limbs is restore to normal. He has stronger muscle strength to raise lower limbs. The tremor of both lower limbs is obviously reduced. The patient's condition is better than before.

Good news from Indonesia......

Now titi's neck more stronger than before. Going up can count to 47, before in Beijing only 25. Today when I train him to crawl, his bottom and head sometime can go up. But his hand still can't control and coordinate it. He also can use short straw. Hope in the future he will more and more improve :). Amen!

Hello again,

Forgot to inform you that now titi have more improvement. The neck more stronger and stronger. When I put him on sit positition, he can lift his body up when the body and the head falls.

That's why I want to give titi glasses for his eyes, so I hope it will help him to see around and help his neck stay in good position. His right hand also now more active, and the spastic and clonus in his feet more reduce.
