Before treatment:
            Vick Rieky was born at 36th week of gestation and through cesarean section. The patient stayed in NICU for 12 days, his breathing was good. The patient suffered from meningitis at 6th week after birth. He received MRI examination and was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Since then the patient had been receiving occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech therapy regularly. The patient could turn over at 10th month. He could crawl at 18 month. He could walk with some assistance at 30 month. He couldn't sit or walk by himself. He suffered from epileptic attack every week. The start of epilepsy was unclear and he used medication to control it. The specific drugs was unclear. The patient received stem cells therapy in another hospital 1 year ago. 2 weeks later, there was no epileptic seizure. He could walk independently. The walking gait was abnormal. Both thighs were rolled inside and both knees were bent slightly. The muscle strength of neck was unbalance. He throws his head back in standing position. He suffered from severe communication disorders, such as dysarthria. He could say "Daddy" and "Mom" fuzzily. The movement of mouth was uncoordinated. The development of phoneme was retarded. His receptive and expressive of socio-linguistic were delayed. He could express his Hobby and wish simply. He had response when others call him. He could distinguish familiar people and strangers. He was unable to count. He couldn't cooperate with the examination of calculation, orientation, and memory and comprehend. The muscle strength of buccinator and tongue was weak. He always opens mouth and salivates.

          From the onset of disease, the patient's spirit was good. His appetite was good and ate more. He had difficulty with sleep. The urine and defecation was normal. The patient had no genetic disease.

Admission PE:
            Bp: 100/62mmHg; Hr: 86/min, Br: 22/min. Temperature: 36.1deg. Height: 117.5cms, weight: 19kgs. The patient's body type was normal. The skin and mucosa were normal with no yellow stains. He suffered from nasal twist and slight nasal congestion. There was no congestion in pharyngeal. The tonsil was not enlarged. He salivated too much. The thorax was symmetrical. The respiratory sounds in both lungs were clear, with no dry or moist rales. Through auscultation, the heart sound was strong. The cardiac rhythm was regular, with no obvious murmur in the valves. The abdomen was flat, with no masses. There was tympanitic note when we tap the abdomen. The liver and spleen were not enlarged.

Nervous System Examination:
            Vick Rieky was alert and had sever absence and atonic seizure each day. The seizure's time and duration was indefinite. He was alert. He suffered from severe communication disorders, such as dysarthria. He could say "Daddy" and "Mom" fuzzily. The movement of mouth was uncoordinated. The development of phoneme was retarded. His receptive and expressive of socio-linguistic were delayed. He could express his Hobby and wish simply. He had response when others call him. He could distinguish familiar people and strangers. He was unable to count. He couldn't cooperate with the examination of calculation, orientation, and memory and comprehend. His appetite was good. The muscle strength of buccinator and tongue was weak. He always open mouth and salivates. Both pupils were equal in size and round, the diameter was about 3.0mm. Both pupils were sensitive to light stimulus. The forehead wrinkle pattern was symmetrical. The nasolabial sulcus was equal in depth. The muscle strength of neck was unbalance. He throws his head back in standing position. The development of trunk and both upper limbs was normal. The activity of both upper limbs was almost normal. He was unable to maintain sitting position. Both toes were rolled inside and both knees were curve slightly. The muscle strength of four limbs was at level 5. The muscle tone of both upper limbs was normal. The muscle tone of both lower limbs was higher than normal. Bilateral abdominal reflexes were normal. The tendon reflex of his upper limbs was normal. The tendon reflex of his lower limbs was active. There was slight contracture in both knee joints and ankle joints. Bilateral sucking reflex was negative. Bilateral palm jaw reflex was negative. Bilateral Hoffmann sign was negative. Left side Babinski sign was negative. He was unable to cooperate with the examination of deep and shallow sensation.

Treatment: 
            After admission, Vick Rieky received relevant examinations. The patient received treatment for nerve regeneration and to activate stem cells in vivo. The patient received treatment to improve the blood circulation in order to increase the blood supply to the damaged nerves and also to nourish the neurons. He also received treatment to repair the nerves and enhance immunity. This was combined with rehabilitation training. 

Post Treatment:
            There was no atonic seizure. The absence seizure duration time has shortened to half each day. He could sit beside his bed for several minutes. The muscle strength of neck has increased. After treatment, the hyperextension of head has alleviated. He has better communication ability. The expression ability has improved too. The salivation has reduced. The pronunciation has increased. He can maintain sitting position for a short time. The walking gait is better than before.
