Before treatment: 
The patient was delivered through cesarean section when the mother was 6 and half months pregnant. She had apnea for 10 seconds after she was born. She given oxygen and sent to ICU. She received treatment in incubator and kept on oxygen therapy. Her weight reduced from 1200g to 900g and 2 months later, she left the hospital. Her intelligence and speech were normal. She had flat foot and slow retarded physical development of four limbs’ motor function. She couldn’t walk. When somebody helps her to stand, her heels fails to touch the ground. When she walked with other’s help, she had scissors gait. She received regular education in school. She was injected creotoxin 4 years ago. She had myotendolysis 3 years ago. Her four limbs’ motor function was bad, left upper limbs was better than right. She could write with her left hand. She couldn’t stand or walk by herself. She could sit-up, turn over, crawl, and keeps sitting for a long time. When she was crawling, her lower limbs couldn’t be lifted from the bed completely. She had no epilepsy. Her family wanted a better life, so she came to our medical center.
Her spirit was good, her diet, sleep, urination and defecation were normal.

Admission PE:
Bp: 109/73mmHg, Hr: 96/min, Br: 19/min. Height: 121cms, weight: 24kgs. She had flat foot. There is no yellow stains or petechia on skin and mucosa. There are 4 operational scars on her lower limbs, each with a size of 5cm. Her lips were normal. Her pharyngeal was not congested or swollen. Her tonsil was normal. Her thorax was symmetrical. The respiratory sounds in both lungs were clear, with no dry or moist rales. The precordial region was normal, the heart sound was strong. The cardiac rhythm was irregular, with no obvious murmur in the valves. The abdomen was flat, there was no pressing pain or rebound tenderness. There was no masses. The shifting dullness was negative. She had spinal curvature. There was no edema in both lower limbs. She had sinus irregularity.

Nervous System Examination:
Morena De Franco Dos was alert and her spirit was good. Her speech, orientation, calculation and memory were normal. Both pupils were equal in size and round, the diameter was 3.0mm. Both pupils were sensitive to light stimulus. The eyeballs movement was flexible. There was no nystagmus. The nasolabial sulci and forehead wrinkle pattern were symmetrical. The tongue was centered in the oral cavity, with no teeth deflection. Her neck was soft, she could shrug her shoulders powerfully. She could catch objects with both hands. When she holds a handle, she could stand but she couldn’t walk. All her fingers couldn’t do fine movement. The muscle power of right upper limb was at level 4-, left upper limb was at level 4. The grip was at level 4. The muscle power of both lower limbs was at level 3. The muscle tension of both upper limbs was normal, both lower limbs was a little higher. Her left ankle was flexed, the degree was 150. Her right ankle was flexed too, the degree was 160. The knee reflex was over active. The tendon reflex was normal. The ankle reflex was positive. When she stood, her heel couldn’t touch the ground very well. Both side Babinski sign was positive. She couldn’t do the rapid rotation or finger-to-finger test very well. The heel-knee-shin test could be done. The meningeal irritation sign was negative.

Treatment:
After admission, Morena De Franco Doswas was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and sinus irregularity. The patient received treatment in the form of stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells injection. Aim is to improve the blood circulation, nourish the neurons, decreased heart rate and fix the nerve net work. This was accompanied with physical rehabilitation treatment.

Post-treatment:
After treatment, her condition become well. She could move her four limbs better. She could do rapid rotation or finger-to-finger test better. Her fingers could do fine movement better. When she holds a handle, she could stand and walk. The muscle power of both lower limbs was normal. The ankle reflex improved. Both lower limbs could be extended and less associated movement. She had less scissors gait. Her right foot could totally be on the ground when she was walks. Her left toe could touch the ground, and she could touch the ground with her heel when she was told to do so. Her treatment is over. She can be discharged.
