Before treatment:
Sana was unable to control her urination without any reasons 26 years ago. She also felt weakness in her lower limbs. She went to her local hospital but the diagnosis was undetermined. She was pregnant 5 times after that, each time her condition got worse. Twenty-two years ago, her legs became painful and weak and the symptoms got worse daily. She went to the hospital again 20 years ago, she had an MRI and examination of the cerebrospinal fluid, and she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. She took medication and did rehabilitation training, but her condition did not improve. Thirteen years ago, it was hard for her to walk, 7 years ago, her lower limbs were in much more pain and weaker. She was unable to stand or walk. Her voice was low 2 years ago, and it was difficult for her to speak so she didn’t speak very often. At present, her right upper limb is stiff, she is unable to move the right lower limb, and her left lower limb is bent at a 30 degree angle. The lower limbs had moderate muscle contracture. She can hardly take care of herself.
Sana was in good spirits. Her appetite was bad, her sleeping routine was normal. She had constipation and urinary incontinence. She also had hypertension and iron deficiency anemia 4. glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase.

Admission PE:
Bp: 153/96mmHg, Hr: 92/min, body temperature: 36.3 degrees. Br: 19/min. Sana’s physical condition was normal, her nutritional status was good. The bony thorax was symmetrical. The respiratory sounds in both lungs were clear. There were no dry or moist rales. The heart sounds were strong. The cardiac rhythm was regular, with no obvious murmur in the valves. The abdomen was flat and soft, with no masses. There were some diaper rashes around her anus, the size was 5cmx5cm. She had microcytic hypochromic anemia.

Nervous System Examination:
Sana was alert and in good spirits. Her speech was low and it was hard for her to speak and she didn’t speak very often. Her memory, orientation and calculation ability were normal. Both pupils were equal in size and round, the diameter was 3.0 mm. Both pupils were sensitive to light stimulus. The vision in both eyes was normal. She didn’t have nystagmus. She was able to move her eyes freely. Her aggregation function was bad. The forehead wrinkles were symmetrical. The bilateral nasolabial sulcus was equal in depth. Her mouth and teeth were in the right position without deflexion. Her tongue was centered in her mouth and the tongue muscle was normal. The uvula was in the right position. Her neck moved freely, her upper limbs’ muscle tension was normal. The muscle power of the left upper limb was at level 5; the right lower limb was at level 3+. The gripping strength of the left hand was at level 5-, the right hand was at level 4. The muscle power of the lower limbs was at level 0-1. Her left knee was bent at an angle of 30 degrees. Her lower limbs were middle atrophied. She was not able to move her right lower limb. The abdominal reflexes were abnormal. The tendon reflex of the upper limbs was weak, the lower limbs was over active. The left side Hoffmann sign was positive. The bilateral Babinski sign was positive. The superficial sensation and deep sensation were normal. The left side rapid rotation test and finger-to-finger test were normal. The right side rapid rotation test and finger-to-finger test were done slowly. The bilateral finger-to-nose test was normal. Her lower limbs were not able to do coordinated movements. She was unable to do the Romberg’s sign or walk in a straight line. The meningeal irritation sign was negative.

Treatment:
After the admission, Sana was diagnosed with 1. Multiple Sclerosis 2. Hypertension level I 3. Iron Deficiency Anemia. She received 3 neural stem cell injections and 3 mesenchymal stem cell injections to initiate cell replacement and nerve repair, nourish the nerves, improve her anemia condition, improve her immune system and improve the blood circulation. She also had rehabilitation training.            

Post-treatment:
After 17 days of treatment, Sana’s appetite was better. She was able to speak powerfully and clearly. Her left knee was able to bend to 110 degrees. Her muscle power was improved. The muscle power of her lower limbs was at level 2. Her legs were able to move from the right side to the left side. She had less pain in the lower limbs.

The results are okay ?!
because i found some abnormal result..
i have some question about medicine,
methotrexate is finish should i stop it?, she start at 13 of august..
metoprolol is not available in bag of medicin, and i cannot found it with same concentration here what should i do ?!
also baclofen in not with medicin its necessary to take it ?!
vitamin E is very low can i give here 50000 IU capsule once weekly?!
