Before Treatment:

Alice was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease 10 years ago. She looked emaciated (marasmus), with progressive static tremors, slow movement and speech impairment. She could not walk independently. She had poor calculation. Her head was constantly shaking and she had tremors in her lower chin and arms when she was not active. She had difficulties cooperating with the physical examination. Her posture was constantly in a bending position.

Treatment:

Alice received one neural stem cell injection via subarachnoid cavity by lumbar puncture. (8/15, 8/29 high fever; 9/11)

After Treatment:

Alice can speak louder and is able to walk better with assistance. While she is sitting, her head and back are straighter, the tremors in her head and lower chin have disappeared but there is still a slight tremor in her hands.
