Before treatment:
The patient suffered from left neck pain and left upper limb pain without obvious incentive or motivator 10 years ago. Then the patient suffered from tremor of the left hand. The tremor aggravated when it's cold or when the patient is in rage state. The pain and tremor aggravated gradually. This influenced the patient's daily life. So he went to a local hospital and was diagnosed with parkinson disease. He took Sinemet, pramipexole, Procyclidine and Entacapone for treatment, but the effect was not good. Then the right lower limb's tremor aggravated and this was accompanied with weakness of the right limbs. He also had difficulty with standing and turning around. From the onset of the disease, the patient's spirit was poor. The appetite and defecation were normal. The weight had no obvious change. He had history of hypertension. There was no history of family genetic disease or infectious disease.

Admission PE:
Bp: 137/79mmHg; Hr: 79/min. The respiration in both lungs was clear, no dry or moist rales. Through auscultation, it was determined that the heart sounds was low and blunt, with no obvious murmur in auscultatory valve areas. The abdomen was even and soft. There was no swelling in the lower limbs. The laboratory test showed the blood sugar was increased.

Nervous System Examination:
Klafen Hemy was alert and his speech was fluent. His memory, calculation abilities, and orientation were normal. He had mild festinating gait when he walks. His head had tremor slightly. He had mild micrographia when he writes. His head had slight tremor. Both pupils were equal in size and round, the diameter was about 3.0mm. Both eyeballs could move freely and both pupils were sensitive to light stimulus. The forehead wrinkle pattern and bilateral nasolabial grooves were symmetrical. The tongue was centered, with no obvious tremors of the tongue muscles. The muscles that raise the soft palate were strong. He could turn his head flexibly. He could shrug his shoulders with strong muscles. The muscle strength of the right hand was at level 5-, the muscle strength of other limbs was at level 5. The muscle tone of the four limbs was almost normal. There was static tremor in the left hand and the right foot. His whole body had stiffness after he wakes up in the morning. He had festinating gait or shuffling gait when he was nervous. He had difficulty to initiate. The deep sensation, shallow sensation and fine sensation of bilateral limbs were normal. Bilateral tendon reflex of bilateral limbs was not elicited. Bilateral abdominal reflexes were weak. Bilateral Hoffmann sign was negative. Bilateral palm jaw reflex were negative. Bilateral Babinski sign was negative. He did the finger-to-nose test, digital opposition test and rapid rotation test awkwardly. The left upper limb was more severe. He did the heel-knee-tibia test in a stable manner. The Romberg sign was positive. The meningeal irritation was negative.

Treatment:
The patient received treatment from December 02, 2013. The patient received nerve regeneration treatment and stem cell activating treatment. At the same time, the patient received treatment in order to expand the blood vessels in order to improve the blood supply to the damaged brain, provide nourishment to the neurons, and remove oxygen free radicals in the brain and anti-parkinson. He also received treatment to control and adjust the blood sugar. This was combined with physical rehabilitation training.

Post-Treatment:
At present, Klafen Hemy's spirit and sleep quality are better than before. He looks younger than before. The static tremor of the left upper limb has reduced 40% than before. The tremor has disappeared when he is in natural relaxation and activity status. His walking gait is normal. His arms can swing freely. There was no obvious tremor when he writes. The face expression is in order, with no obvious micrographia sign. The muscle strength of the four limbs was at level 5. He does the finger-to-nose test and the rapid rotation test in a stable manner. He does the heel-knee-tibia test in a stable manner. The Romberg sign has changed to negative. The balanced state is better than before. The patient's total condition is better than before.
